Why Order Matters More Than Effort
Turns out the problem was never effort. I had plenty of that. What I didn’t have was an order.
Most health content hands you seven things and tells you to do all of them at once. Eat better. Move more. Sleep more. Manage stress. Track this. Try that. No sequence, no priority, just a pile of good advice with nowhere obvious to start.
The WMTWL System runs the other way round. Four layers, in a fixed order, each one making the next one possible. Sleep comes first because nothing downstream works without it. Food and fasting come second, because that’s where the measurable change actually happens. Movement comes third, because it multiplies whatever you’ve already built in layers one and two. Mindset and recovery come fourth, because that’s what keeps you in the game long enough for the first three to compound.
Skip the order and you’re fighting uphill on all of it at once. Follow it and each layer does some of the work for the one behind it.
