Not the settled archive. Not a finished trial. This is this week’s numbers, updated every week, sat against NHS data going back to 2012.
THE LIVING LAB
Not the settled archive. Not a finished trial. This is this week’s numbers, updated every week, sat against NHS data going back to 2012.
The Proof Library is where the settled data lives. Finished trials, checked numbers, citable pages. This is the opposite of that. It changes every week, because I’m still doing this.
Same rules apply though. One person. GP surgery records going back to April 2012 behind it. Updated honestly, even in the weeks the numbers don’t move the way I’d like them to.
WEEK TO 2nd August 2026
Weight: 13 stone 2 lbs, Same as last week. nothing sinister in these numbers I had been hovering for 5/6 weeks at and around these numbers. Interestingly my measurements have come down over the last Month
Pattern: 16:8 (averaged 7. Hours Eating Window) 7 days, no 24-hour fast this week – on the day I had it planned was famished and sleep deprived. 80/20 Non UPF’s maintained.
Fasting Window Maintained: 7/7 Days
36 Hour Fast Achieved: No Fast this week
Fell off wagon moments: 2 Days Had far more ice cream than I should have and not always the good stuff – and crisps crept back in on 3 days – really really need to stop buying them they are a magnet calling me. Sleep was rough maybe thats why the crisps found there way to the shopping trolley.
Sleep: Sleep has been restless – That could be
The honest bit: After the last couple of weeks fall of the wagon regards daily steps – pleased to say I got back up to a minimum of 6000 steps for my 2nd week – tbh the weathers been that nice to not get out for an hour each day would have been a travesty! Also managed to get some nice regular weighted exercise in.
Every number on this page is mine. My GP occasionally sees it before you do,
usually with a look that says he’s still not entirely sure what to make of me.
Educational content only, not medical advice. Never stop or change medication without your GP’s supervision. I stopped my own medications on my own initiative and told my GP afterwards — that’s not the approach I’m recommending. Every change since has been tracked with regular blood tests. Speak to your GP before changing your fasting pattern, diet, or medication.
