What The Evidence Actually Is

Not a testimonial. Not a before-and-after photo. NHS blood tests going back to 2012, same GP surgery throughout, dates and numbers you can check.

One person, one record

I want to be straight about this from the start. This is N=1. One person, me, my blood tests, my GP. It’s not a clinical trial and I’ve never claimed it is.

What it does give you is something a six-week case study can’t. Thirteen years of the same biomarkers, from the same GP surgery, long enough to see patterns build, stall, and shift, rather than one snapshot pretending to be proof.

2012 through to now. Gout diagnosed in 2000. Statins started in 2016. The Boxing Day moment in 2023. Off six medications by February 2024, every step recorded in NHS bloods. All of it dated, all of it checkable.
