FOR WHEN THE THING THAT WORKED STOPS

You Got the Weight Off. Nobody Told You What Happens Next.

Every plan that gets weight off eventually ends. The diet finishes, the challenge stops, the routine breaks, life gets in the way. What happens then is the part almost nobody prepares you for, and it is the part that lasts the rest of your life. This free guide is what to put in place before that moment, so it doesn’t come back.

Who This Is For

This is for you if you have lost weight and you are worried about keeping it off.

There is an enormous amount of content about getting weight off. There is very little about the part that comes afterwards.

Losing weight and keeping it off are two different problems. Almost everything available to you solves the first one.

What’s In The Guide

Six pages. No filler, no upsell buried in the middle.

  • Why weight tends to come back, and why it has nothing to do with you failing
  • The window nobody tells you about, and why most people waste it
  • The four things to have in place, in the order that actually works
  • A timeline: while you’re on it, the month before, the first month after, months two to six
  • A one-page version you can stick on the fridge

Where I’m Coming From

I lost five stone. As of August 2026, it is still off, and that second sentence took considerably more work than the first one.

I came off six prescriptions in February 2024. That was my own decision and I told my GP afterwards, once I had blood tests worth showing him. It is not the way I would tell anyone else to do it.

What I have learned since is that the losing was the easy part. Three years of maintenance taught me what actually holds a result, and it is not willpower.

Educational content only, not medical advice. Never stop or change medication without your GP’s supervision. Neil stopped his own medications in February 2024 on his own initiative and told his GP afterwards, and that is not the approach recommended here. Speak to your GP before changing your fasting pattern, diet, or medication.
