24 Hours: Freezing to Fine While Fasting

No one talks about this side of fasting. Day three of my extended fast, 24°C outside — beautiful summer day. Me? Freezing. Wearing a jumper indoors. Random chills. Day four? Same temperature. Zero chills. Perfectly comfortable.

What changed in 24 hours? Not the weather. My body adapted.

First thought: “Is something wrong? Am I ill?” So I checked everything else:
